hey @admins. The torrent links are so slow!. I know im being a bit cheep here but i have so many subs i really dont want to have to pay for mega as well!!. Its taking over 5hours so far to DL and its only @ 50%
Is there a solution???

As you can see from these screenshots, there are plenty of seeders and a good upload ratio.

As far as I understand, the problem is on your side.
Here are the solutions: use a torrent client only qBittorrent or uTorrent. Configure the client for maximum speed (you can find illustrated guides on Google).
IMPORTANT!!! If you are using a VPN, switch servers (or countries). Keep changing them until you find the fastest one for these torrents.

To the OP:
VPNs can be finicky. For example, PIA works MUCH better if you find a server that has port forwarding. If you live in the United States you will find that the US servers DO NOT have port forwarding, which will make your uploading capability disappear. These are things you will find out as you work with your bit torrent client.

I think it is time for you to open up a manual...
