As far as I understand, the problem is on your side.
Here are the solutions: use a torrent client only
qBittorrent or uTorrent. Configure the client for maximum speed (you can find illustrated guides on Google).
IMPORTANT!!! If you are using a VPN, switch servers (or countries). Keep changing them until you find the fastest one for these torrents.
