I really really appreciate you putting up some of the playoffs and WS, but Game 2 was unwatchable.
The game was full of stutter, corrupted frames, bad index, etc. Seeking was a problem. The same issues were there in all of the 60fps playoff games as well, but WS game 2 was worse. (Oddly some playoff games were 30fps and some were 60fps). Re-encoding it didn't really help much, too many errors in the source.
Most likely your encoding hardware can't keep up with encoding the live stream to 60fps/7000br. And you really don't gain that much more quality at those rates anyway. Can I suggest 30FPS and 3000-3500BR? In the end your hardware will keep up better and it will be a much better result.
btw - my playback hardware is 12th gen i7 and 16G, consistently plays everything flawlessly except these 60fps playoff and WS
