The game in 40 torrent seems to be the whole game and not the the game in 40. Did something get mixed up here by accident?

If using VLC, go to Tools-->Track sychronization. Then adjust audio track sychronization by clicking the down arrow until it reads -0.500s. Might want to play with it to get exactly perfect, but this works good enough for me.

- 0.600s is perfect actually.
