Recently people wrote that the ESPN comment is terrible
If possible, I make a TNT feed and home/away feed

I know Boston's, Utah's, and the Lakers commentators local commentators are definitely biased.
I have not found that with the New York Knicks and the Clippers commentators. I would definitely prefer TNT. That is my input for the question, but I definitely appreciate any games that are uploaded. I know it is difficult task with all these games. So THANKS SO MUCH for all of the work, season after season.

It depends on who the commentator/analyst is, if you got a Mike Breen/Kevin Harlan/Ian Eagle/Mark Jones on the call it's a must have. all others it really depends on the analyst, Vince Carter (as much as i loved him as a player) is the worst analyst, Richard Jefferson, Greg Anthony, Jimmy Jackson and Chris Webber who i think TNT put on the shelf so far in the playoffs are just behind VC.

As a neutral fan of Basketball I prefer National feeds as well. NBA TV commentators are my favorites but they rarely get games.

Totally agree with Dawk. If you get the wrong commentator it doesn't matter if it is a home feed or not. It gets amplified when they are supporting their team. You can have someone who is biased but they can still go a fantastic job of calling a game.

I think it depends on who the commentators are. Some local broadcaster such MSG network (Knicks home feed) with Mike Breen + Walt Frazier is the best local tv commentators which I enjoyed for years. NBC Sports Bay Area (Warriors home feed) also pretty good although sometimes with bias.

Personally, I prefer TNT because like many said, it's more balanced and not so biased. However, during multiple game days during playoffs, I prefer the home/away feeds because they don't spoil and put a damn real-time score up for games being played at the same time. For that reason, I usually go with the home/away feed and just deal with the ridiculousness and hypocritical bs. lol But it's better than looking up and seeing the score of a game that I plan to watch next.

1) Jeff van Gundy is the best and most informative. No question.

Together with Mark Jackson and Mike Breen they are the best trio. Most entertaining.

2) Other ESPN TNT ABC

3) Home/Away. Richard Jefferson to me is funny. He jokes everyone.

I liked Jeff Van Gundy -- but now I hate him. He thougth it was a good idea that Lakers have a special section where vaccinated people can throng without masks -- that's apartheid. On the other hand -- watching basketball live always have an element of apartehit and segregation to it since only rich people can afford it.

People are looking for ways to bring back fans together, let's not rush to conclusions and accusations. The NBA is a multi-billion enterprise, so an element of elitism is inevitable, but please let's keep politics out of this forum. Thank you and enjoy your weekend and the rest of the playoffs everyone.
