.MP4 is better than .MKV as when i convert it seems to go out of sync but thank you so much for your uploads etc

for my mkv format is not a good option because if it pass to pen drive I can not watch so I can pass to mp4 and when I do this sound and image is not at the same time.
Please record in mp4 format.
